First, the representative who came out and went over the process was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand. Pricing was very reasonable and work performed came with a lifetime warranty. All the workers involved were very professional and also very knowledgeable. They showed up on time and went right to work, completing the work without any problem.

I would highly recommend B Dry to anyone who is serious about getting a job done right at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if necessary.

So happy we do not have to worry about flooding in our basement anymore happy with sump pump and how quiet it runs also the crew was so nice and very respectful and cleaned up the area way better than I expected

Here's what I liked about Bdry. They came on time and were very professional and personable. They gave me a quote for my job that was reasonable, lower than others I had called. They were able to do the job quickly. They gave me a 5-year warranty. Thank you for your work!

July 20, 2017 purchased crawlspace encapsulation.
OCTOBER 6, 2017 Matthew Porter, Matt Ferguson, Brandon Keever, and Kenny Cranford corrected the many issues with my BDry encapsulation and they EXCEEDED my expectation. Because of these young men, I don't regret my decision to hire BDry and I will recommend BDry to our friends and neighborhood.

HERE IS THE ONLY REASON I GAVE YOU A 10!
September 29, 2017 Within 1 hour Matthew Porter called. I was impressed with Matthew’s humility, sincerity, and his commitment to make everything right. His team did NOT do my installation, I became his problem and I was already very angry and considering a lawsuit.
Matthew Porter scheduled his teams for October 6, 2017 to correct our issues.

October 6, 2017 Matthew Porter and his crew pulled up to our house on time. This team was very impressive from 1st sight. All vehicles were clean and neat, all men were dressed professionally and clean. Everyone introduced themselves, shook my hand, and had superb manners. I was once again impressed with Matthew Porter and his professional team. Clean trucks, professional dress, good manners and great team camaraderie, it was at that point I knew my issues would be corrected properly and they would not take shortcuts.
Catawba county permit in hand, all men started their assessment of the situation and talked about the solution to correct the problems. They all stayed committed and working until the repair was finished, they worked all day.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ MY EXPERIENCE WITH BDRY PRIOR TO MATTHEW PORTER AND HIS TEAM GETTING INVOLVED. You will understand my initial anger.

July 20, 2017 Salesman, Roger Roten visited home, we purchased.

August 11 & 12, 2017 Installed (original date Sept) VA team arrived late, filthy/nasty truck, men looked like bums. I was a little shocked at their appearance, but they were going under my house, not in it. I wouldn’t realize how unprofessional they looked until later when I met Matthew Porter's professional team.

August 14, 2017 Texted original team leader Phone number removed) pictures of issues with encapsulation. Several text exchanges until August 17, 2017. I wanted to give him an opportunity to correct his mistakes. He stopped communication and I started losing confidence in that team leader.
From here I reached out to salesman, Roger Roten for help resolving my issues. SEVERAL phone calls to Roger and a couple calls to Angela Browning and nothing was getting resolved.
I started losing confidence in B-Dry because I was having to deal with Catawba County permit office and your unsatisfactory installation.

Sept 6, 2017 after 5 pm. Sent pictures to Angela showing the poor installation. Ground showing, tape not sticking, cigarette butt on top of encapsulation (we don't smoke), and many other issues with installation.

Sept 7, 2017 Angela thanked me for the pictures.

Sept 7 – Sept 11ish – A few calls with multiple B-dry team members talking about county permit requirement.

Sept 8, 2017 Received B-dry Warranty in the mail, fuel to the fire from where I sat.

Sept 18, 2017 Roger Roten emailed pleading to get us help.

Sept 29, 2017 I contacted GreenSky finance to see if there was anything that could be done about the non-satisfactory installation. I signed off the day of installation, so nothing I could really do except consult an attorney.

Sept 29, 2017 11:15 am I reached the end of my patience. I sent a message to B-dry requesting they take out their encapsulation. Approximately 6 weeks after VA team installed, I called an attorney.

OK. It took quite some time to get James to reply to me with a proposal to replace our aging back-up sump pump system, but with the help of Darlene we eventually received the proposal which set forth the terms of the installation, the warranty and the cost. Darlene very ably assisted us in scheduling the job and Bruce, as always, diligently installed the new back-up sump pump system -- doing an excellent job. Yes, I would recommend B-Dry.

Despite a bad start -- delays by two days in starting the job -- B-Dry installed an excellent vapor barrier in my large crawl space. A home inspector said it was very good. Then, after the job was finished, the CEO (yes!) spoke to me on the phone to help iron out the glitches in getting a proper invoice to show my home buyer. Actually, he spoke with me twice. Wonderful gentleman who takes customer service seriously.

My Team was great! Very helpful, kept me informed as to what was going on. Answered all my questions. The saleman was also great! He knew his product, and helped me with all of my questions. I can't remember all of their names, but my crew was headed by Bobby!

I would highly recommend them!

Professional, High Quality workmen and sales person. Was never pushed into making a decision. B-Dry came on time and called ahead with their arrival time. Work was completed in a timely fashion and they even took care of contacting a great electrician for me, saving me a lot of time and frustration. B-Dry was also the only company out of three contacted to respond to my request for a quote and so they got my business. Couldn't be happier with the experience and results! Thank you.

Professional, and complete work.

Would've given a 10/10, but what I didn't like was the amount of back-and-forth and unclear answers I had gotten from Richard. That said, he was out on medical leave at the time, so it wasn't necessarily his fault, but better communication from his team would've helped.

From my initial meeting with Sam Draper through the completion of the job, was a surprisingly pleasant and easy process. The entire team did a great job of installing the sump pump and cleaning up afterwards. Great job BDry!
