Checking in online and getting an approximate time frame is convenient. Washing hair after haircut makes more sense than before the haircut. I like the TeaTree body and scalp conditioner.
Jesse did a marvelous job today cutting my hair. It’s been six months and I had to jump out of my comfort zone to get my haircut. I had nothing to worry about. The COVID-19 spread was mitigated well with social distancing, mask requirement and equipment disinfecting. I was pleased.
I never have had a bad hair cut and all the stylist are pleasant, and experienced in cutting hair. The MVP is the only way to go.

Jessica (my son's stylist) took so much time and effort to ensure she was clear about his vision for his hair style. He loved it, and she recommended a product that actually holds his super straight, hard to style hair.
I've been to sports clips before (not this particular one), and usually enjoy my experiences there. But I'm one of those people that's particular about how my hair is cut but I don't know how to articulate it with the right numbers on the sides, and end up with a different hair cut every time, which is fine because it just grows back.
But Jessie (Jesse?), actually took the few extra minutes before we got started to talk about options, what different numbers meant length wise, what I would expect for it to look like based on the shape of my bowling ball head (she didn't say that lol)... it was just the few extra minutes of time she took to make me feel comfortable -- then she continually checked in to see what I thought!
Granted I should probably know how to describe exactly what I'm looking for in a trim, but often I have a quick conversation, I'm spun in a different direction for the haircut, then turned toward the mirror at the end and hide my disappointment. Thanks again Jesse, that was honestly amazing and I can't wait to see you again!

My Stylist Jennifer is great. She listens to what type of cut I want and it always turns out how I like it. Even if there are changes she accomodates. Great customer service too.
