I like that they remember how I like my haircut, they have a Veterans discount, and, of course the hot towels.
They are always friendly and I think they've all cut my hair at one point or another and I'm always pleased when I leave. They know if I'm going to buy any product, I choose it myself and they don't try to push anything on me.

Your hairstylist did a great job getting me in and out timely and providing a great haircut. I know there were staffing issues on the day I went in and she had been called in to help and stepped right in without interruption in service. Great job by all.

The Firestone, Colorado store Is 1000 times better then Longmont Colorado store. I got a bad haircut and had to come back the next day to get it fixed. The Firestone store is awesome. A lady named Shelby cut my hair and did a great job and knew how to do her job. Like everywhere these days, stores are short staff, but the time waiting was worth the wait, plus shelby was good to look at

Shelby was amazing, the store was very busy and when I stopped in I asked if the could do my haircut (I always ask because I get a flattop). I was told Shelby was the only one who could do it. I checked in and came back. Shelby was very professional and kind even though they were very very busy and possibly over booked for the day, my haircut turned out wonderful.
