Very professional and the franchisees are great to work with. I do wish there was better communication between salesperson and franchisees regarding the need for the crew to provide us with supplies, day one. That message had to be repeated a week later to the walkthrough team and they were unable to order supplies in time for the first night, resulting in my company having to buy last minute supplies for the first day. Aside from that hiccup, it has all been going great for us!
