I love Orangetheory Fitness! The coaches are super motivating and their energy and love for their job shows in the way they run the class. The workout itself is intense and pushes me to be the best version of myself. I always look forward to the ‘all outs’ and challenges. I also look forward to the DJ mixes, which keep me going. Sometimes a nostalgic track comes on from my younger days and it puts a smile on my face and makes my heart race just a little bit more. I feel like I’m in a dance club and having so much fun. I always leave feeling stronger and happier!
I joined Orangetheory Fitness Feb. 2023 and it has been an incredible experience every step of the way.
The coaches at my location are INCREDIBLE people! Their motivation and support have helped me run my first 5K and my first DriTri — something I never dreamed I would willingly do, let alone after age 40.
Each class is different and I’ve learned to trust-the-process (as someone who takes comfort in knowing what’s a head and doing the same thing every day). Now, I look forward to lifting heavy weights (never my thing), and benchmark days/challenges to reflect on my personal progress.
I highly recommend Orangetheory Fitness to anyone who will listen. It’s the only workout routine I’ve stuck with, and looked forward to.
Unlike old school work outs where if you're the one person out of sync you feel awkward. I like how OTF has so many switches and changes keeping you moving that everyone is focused on what they're doing. No one notices if you're the beginner struggling. Ha.
I enjoy the accountability, community vibe and the motivation I receive from the coaching staff. I like the high-intensity interval training that's built into each of the templates as well.
