Coaches are wonderful—they keep you engaged and motivated. Most importantly they help with form. I enjoy the benchmarks and seeing improvement. It’s a fun and welcoming atmosphere! It’s a really great studio!
I truly enjoy OT. I was skeptical when I entered the doors but I love the fact that I can set goals for myself and see how far I have come. In addition, I love the classes that have cardio and weights. For me full body work outs are where it’s at. All the coaches are wonderful and they also track your progress. It is nice to walk into a friendly place, get your workout done, push yourself and come out feeling energized. That is the goal..am I right? I definitely recommend. Remember you are only as good as you push yourself. I learned that here. Thanks Tara!
The workouts change daily and the exercises are challenging but doable. Also the coaches are helpful with helping the members reach their fitness goals.
Big shout out to the whole front desk staff who are always smiling and extremely helpful. I also wanted to especially call out Antonio. Whenever I have a question or need something he is right on top of it. I can't say enough good things about him. I appreciate his great service and attention to detail.
Kudos to Antonio, the whole front desk staff and the coaches who make me feel like OTF genuinely cares about me and "Where everybody knows your name".

I love it is non stop for 50 min. I did CrossFit and really CrossFit is lifting but lots of social time and hardly any cardio. Really only work out for like 20 min. I LOVE coach Ty. He is real and motivating and walks the talk.
