I always recommend CPY and Westwood is my favorite! You listen to the surveys! Every trainer has been wonderful and dedicate. All had nice kind energy. I like the choice of classes. Heated or not. Some studios like San Vicente have only heated and all their classes have killer heat. Sometimes we don’t want to be exhausted and killed by the heat. We just want a good yoga class, movement, exercise, stretch and spiritual energy. Thank you for recognizing that and making some classes UNHEATED. !! Yay!
The instructors were great!
The instructor at the front desk was very nice to me. She encouraged me to stay and try her class. I really enjoyed the way she engaged the class.
Classes above 99 degrees are unbearable.

I took Daveed’s class and absolutely loved it! I’ve been to so many CPY studios in major cities over the past 6 years and Daveed’s class is my all-time favorite. I love his energy, his philosophy on life, and he makes class so fun! His 60 minute class just flew by! To me, those are the best kinds of yoga classes — you’re having so much fun that you don’t want it to end. I hope there will be more CPY classes like his class (and style) available in the future. I mean I have a lot of CPY teachers that I love and I truly believe that a class like Daveed’s, which infuses a lot of wisdom on life, would be so beneficial to attendees, and have that outward domino effect on the community.

It’s a nice facility with a good locker room space. Parking is easy and a great location to get errands done after.

The studio is beautiful. So roomy and pretty. The class was great. Her pacing was perfect and it was challenging but not back breaking.

I refer people all the time! Love your classes. The instructors all work very hard to provide a great experience. Everyone is super helpful and nice. I love how they pair the music to the class. It creates a more spiritual class. I love that they clearly give us the option to have input or not. I always do. Having the variety of classes in one place is great too.
One suggestion. I have some friends that don’t like the heated classes. Perhaps it would be nice to offer a couple of classes where there is even less heat. I wouldn’t mind that too sometimes, to be less draining.
I also love that every location has showers and easy and affordable parking options nearby.

As I always say in these reviews, all men's locker rooms should have a fan (it's hard to stop sweating even after a shower without a fan) and you should have plastic bags large enough for a sweaty yoga towel and sweaty yoga clothes (the bags are often too small and break pretty easily).
The istructors like Chelle, Liah, Mia and Annabelle are all amazing! Caring studio with a great vibe.
