Westwood is run very efficiently, and the instructors are at the top of their game. Alex A. is, of course, a favorite. He's in an entirely different league in terms of his mastery of the details of yoga.

Might be a weird thing to say but love the smell there. Coming to CPY Westwood always help me to pause my life for a little bit and just be present with my mind and body.

Only locker room a little too small and is usually very crowded. Have been to other core power studios with a more space in the locker rooms
The teachers are welcoming and the studio is clean. The variety of classes and multiple offerings in a day is great. .

Great sculpt class, locker room is huge in comparison to other studios. No parking, which is super frustrating though

Nice, clean, well organIzed
i love the C2 class! I've usually taken sculpt in the past but it was nice to go and have a fast paced flow with great music and sweat it out :)
