I really enjoyed my time in the studio. Everyone was so kind and helpful when I came in, especially because it was my first time there and I got a bit lost so I was almost late to class. They treated me with the upmost kindness. Also, everything felt clean, and sanitized and the markings on the floor helped with keeping distance from other members. I took HPF and the class was lovely.
I am obsessed w core power. the studio in the short north is phenomenal. I love the teachers and am always greeted with a smile and good energy. I feel recharged and reenergized every time I leave the studio knowing I have a place to come where I can develop both physical and mental strength.
Trainers are really nice. Especially Jennifer. The workouts are great.

I love the variety of classes. I take a combination of HPF, Sculpt, and C2 classes each week. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the classes are always challenging.
