Well to be honest I've enjoyed the free week and I'll stick around due to the enthusiasm and short conversations with Laura and Colleen. I haven't done yoga in 12 years and I'm doing it for physical health . . arthritis that's in my knee therefore you can deduce it's elsewhere. No one has talked to me as to why I'm doing this or provided their thoughts or guidance on incorporating it with a good exercise and health routine. I'm going to try the 99 dollar month offer and see where I go from there.
This was my first class at this studio and Emmy W was so welcoming. She did a great job of cueing poses. I loved that she explained a few different arm balances so well and allowed us to try them while supporting us where we needed the assistance. Great class with her!

It’s been a great experience! Every class I take I feel like it’s a city feel yoga class. I forget I’m in a college town.
