We are very happy with the exceptional customer service we have received during our restoration process. All the Staff members are extremely well trained to do the job they were asked to do, and we did not have any stress or worry about how the repairs were being completed We realize how catastrophic post Hurricane Tropical storm Fiona was here on PEI and how difficult it was for everyone to have their dwellings made safe and dry as soon as possible once the damage was assessed Stuart Wilson and his Staff were excellent in communicating with us as often as needed, and he worked very closely with our Insurance company making the arrangements for the repairs to be done. The Servicemaster Cleaning crews and techicians that were here in our home several times as the repairs progressed, were amazing. They took into consideration my wife's Respiratory Health issues and were extremely mindful and careful about dust and debris which may have aggravated her condition. We really feel everyone went over and above what was expected and as Seniors we appreciated all the help provided with re-arranging furniture etc so repairs could be completed.

My wife and I (John &Joyce) have only good to say about all the service that has been provided thus far. Project Manager, Stuart Wilson, has been awesome keeping us informed and answering all of our questions. (there were many). From the very outset of this claim, the staff have been so polite, and efficient. From the cleaners, to the carpenters, the painters, everyone has been very polite, courteous and patient. This is our first experience with this type of situation, and as much as it has been a long journey, which has not yet ended, it has been very smooth, with no real " bumps in the road". As indicated previously, we would highly recommend Servicemaster.to our friends and family.
