The staff is always friendly and professional, and go out of their way to make me feel like I can trust them. They complete all work in a timely manner, taking great care of my car. I had been going to my previous mechanic on the west side for 20 years, and finding a new mechanic close to my new home made me really nervous. As a single woman, I know a lot of mechanics out there prey on us and take advantage, but I don’t get that feeling with Christian Brothers.

The service reps were very nice and very respectful. Their recommended service actions were mostly accurate. I appreciated the level of communication and the classy waiting room. It’s not typically what you find these days. My only issue was the length of time for them to inform me that my vehicle would take several hours to complete. Had I known that sooner, I would have accepted their shuttle service to get me on my way. That said, I was pleased with the overall experience and quality of service provided.

I appreciate your kind and informative staff. I truly feel like I'm waiting in someone's grandpa's living room while he changes my oil. The atmosphere is comfortable and does not feel like a corporation box store that is just looking to rush you out of the door before you understand what's going on.
