Blake/ Andy, sorry I did not get back to you on the phone, got wrapped up in things. Regarding the Sequoia, the lights did not come back on, however, I had difficulty driving it, it felt like the brake was on when I was driving, maybe bad gas?? The next day it started up was able to get it home, however, later that evening, same problem, felt like I was driving with the brake on, barely got it into the driveway.
I liked the automated text to approve or decline.
I liked that they let me make decisions and not pressured with services.
I liked that there was a night drop off.
I liked that they walk me out to the car, had me start it and wished me farewell.
Service was fast, friendly and thorough. Christian Brothers has a good reputation for being trustworthy, which means a lot these days. I will have my vehicles serviced there from now on.
Very enjoyable experience overall. Everyone along the way from scheduling to pick up was professional, patient and helpful. Will definitely return for future maintenance on my vehicle.

Very nice, polite, professional. All were customer service friendly. The original call answered by Tim was so comforting/ he was quite helpful! The shuttle driver also extra pleasant and prompt. The responses to concern were relayed to me in a polite and respectful manner. Very impressed with this business and have already told others about it.
