How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The shallow end of the pool was sectioned off for lessons so our 5 year old was unable to stand in the pool as it was too deep we then put her arm bands on and went towards the other end to be told non swimmers were not allowed past this point so the pool was full in a very small section wile the deep end was almost empty altho she can't swim very well herself she had arm bands on and was with 2 adults

What could we do to improve?

I find the water very cold most of the time! Brrrr! A sign on door leading to the pool area, would stop people walking through the shower area,๐Ÿ˜Œ Clothes hooks in cubicles too please.The staff are fabulous,don't change any of them๐Ÿ˜Œ

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Hi the pool side and spa is great but the kit in the gym is past its sell by date, the exercise bike has been down for a month and no sign of it beaning repaired all of us who use the gym are living in hope that we will see new kit!!!!

The gym equipment needs to be updated. The staff were friendly and approachable, quite refreshing compared to the reception staff based at Bridgend Life Centre- thank you Pyle!

What do you like about our services?

It is easy to access the building and plenty of car parking spaces.
The pool was surprisingly clean and well kept.
I hadn't used the pool for a couple of years and I noticed an improvement in the water quality in respect to the cleanliness etc.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have limited time to make use of the pool as I work full time days. My issue is with the group of elderly people who choose to swim at 7.30, not only do they hog the slow lane by swimming side by side in a row of 3 to four, they stay clinging to the pool at the shallow or deep end for most of their time, so I have no space to turn. Then while I have very little time to take a quick shower before heading off to work, they hog the showers obviously having a full head to toe lather up wash and condition hair, chatting along the way with total disregard for workers like myself. Early Birds is surely designed for people like me who have no other time to take exercise, why don't you limit this time slot to people who have a job to go to,

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There is not enough lane swimming available in the evenings also the gym closes at 9pm other centres have the gym open till 10pm.

Pyle centre is my local leasure facilities and I feel I am not getting my monies worth. Appreciate I could go to Bridgend or Ynysawdre however I dont want to travel 20 minutes each way when to get the most out of my membership when there is a centre locally to my home.

As such I am now considering cancelling my membership after holding it for some 5+ years.
