Our situation was very unique in that we were trying multiple options in our attempt to find a housing situation after moving from CA to Western NY. Cheryl worked with us on multiple scenarios so that we could find housing that would work. We needed a rental, or a short-term purchase while we searched for our forever home (which we did not want to feel rushed into buying), or we needed to find our forever home quickly (which we did not think would happen in the timeframe we needed). Brittany is by far the best realtor I’ve worked with. She went above and beyond looking at houses with us for almost a year. She did in person showings and FaceTime showings when we were out of town. She wasn’t afraid to call a seller’s agent to get more info on a house or to ask if there were other pending offers. She always provided info on comps. Will definitely use her in the future and recommend her to all family and friends.
