What I liked about my experience with kani is the drive she had more then me to become a home owner.Kani answer every call. I was ready to throw in the towel but she didn’t let me. It’s not easy to become a home owner but if you have kani on your team it’s definitely not go be hard. You just have to do everything she asked you to do. I definitely did cause I’m looking at her as a young successful woman that heart is for the people. She must know what she doing look how many properties she own. I’m so happy for her. So I had no choice but to listen to her cause she knows what she doing. And she not go tell you nothing wrong she wants to see everyone win. Also another good experience I had with kani, I work a lot. I really didn’t have time to look for a house.She have a system where a lot of homes up for sell be emailed to you. So it took me only a month to get my home. I seen multiple homes and we set up a date to see them. I found my home first round looking at houses. Kani told me to apply to her mortgage company about becoming a homeowner in September in 2021. I closed on December 6 2021. Why cause I had kani on my side every step of the way. I must best realtor that’s for the people with a good heart and good intentions ❤️

I am still getting calls on the property & have a list of buyers who would pay over original list price for the same cabin on less acreage w/ no easement agreement.

Kani was patient and understandings. She understood that my main focus was to be in a good house on a decent street with a back yard for my kids . Kani would call seller's realtors and feel them out while we put an offer in . Without kani I would have given up and quit but she gave me hope and hook me up with the right people like John .
Kevin was on top of all the things I wanted in a home. He always answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. He was also flexible with time and days to show me potential homes. A very professional and friendly agent. He found me the perfect home and also gave me people to call for any other services I may need.
Khristin was amazing! She made me feel like a family member. When we looked at houses together, she looked at everything very closely and gave me input about what would be a big deal to fix vs. what would be an easy change or fix. Khristin truly listened to me and really wanted to help me find a place that suited my needs and wants. She never made me feel like a business transaction. I learned a ton about the real estate process and houses in general from her. I knew essentially nothing about buying (or owning, for that matter) a house when I started working with Khristin. She helped me to feel comfortable through the entire process and was always willing to answer any question I had for her! Khristin was easy to communicate with through text, phone and email. She also provided me with great recommendations for other related services, including an inspector and attorney! I would recommend Khristin to anyone looking for a realtor!
