Jim was kind enough to give his wealth of knowledge and experience for several months before we even contracted him to begin the process of selling our house. As first time home sellers we were lost and his expertise was invaluable for us. He answered all our questions until we understood all the various steps and minutia involved in the whole process. This continued through out the whole selling process by coordinating all the various communications between prospective buyers, their agents, and after a buyer was found the various attorneys and others involved in the process. I work out of town for a good portion of the month and he kept me updated on everything that was going on. We would 100% recommend him hands down!

Vince LoCastro handled the sale of my parent's estate. This was my first time selling property; so naturally I was a little un-easy and didn't know what to expect. Vince did a great job explaining the process and getting me on the right path. He did an initial walk through of the property, gave renovation ideas and offered numerous suggestions which ultimately lead to a much higher sale price than I was expecting. Vince had offers seven days after the listing started and I accepted an offer that was 35K offer asking price. I was especially impressed with Vince's overall character. For most of the process, Vince and I maintained daily contact. He was very professional and responsive and never took more than 4 hours to respond to text or e-mails. I never felt like a number or felt rushed during our conversations. He took the time to listen and answered questions well. Vince and I spent numerous hours on the phone discussing the progress of the sale as well as everyday things. After a while, it seemed like he was more of a friend than my real estate broker. I can’t say enough about this guy. Thanks so much Vince, you’re my go to guy if I ever have to sell my own house. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me.
