I have done yoga for a very long time and I love CorePower as a yoga style. It is far and away my favorite. But it's made that much better because the teachers at Fair Oaks are so welcoming, friendly, and fun. The practice is exciting and challenging. I practiced in the Bay Area for a long time and coming to Fair Oaks felt like I was coming home again. Thanks!

Instructors. Manny is Manny; awesome. Tamara is too; the great thing about her classes is that I always learn something. Erin and Nikki are amazing too; dexterity and grace in their poses is inspiring as I look to constantly get mine right (especially balance and inversions). Really all great instructors but even better people that I look forward to seeing every day. Hopefully January brings the old class schedule back where there's more classes per day.

I love the studios - they are clean, have high quality finishes and amenities like showers and lockers that make using the studio pleasant and convenient.

I also love the class formats. The heat creates a deeper experience and the teachers put together sequencing that challenges and inpires me.

I have enjoyed my first two visits very much. I was invited by my wife to attend and explore the yoga to stretch and balance my body to alleviate sciatica. I will continue to work at this discipline to avoid using medications in the future. Thanks

The people - instructors are awesome. Very friendly, but more importantly, very helpful and willing to help in many ways.

The only other comment I have is: the classes I attend seem to be more and more well attended (close to crowded) of late. Sometimes feels a bit cramped.

Staff is great!!!! I like Sarah Joy’s classes!!!! She is awesome!! Merchandise is good. Always like to see what is new. Just wish there were more Core 1 classes. I feel I am not ready for the Core 2.

I love Corepower C1 class. I love the clean studio, the friendly employees, the availability of yoga supplies.
I really wish you had more C1 classes. The schedule shortened to only 4 C1 classes per week, and I wish it was available more mornings.

Great instructors, clean bathroom and I never have to wait for a shower, and hairdryers.
