I love that CorePower has several different class formats to keep me engaged! I feel like that has been missing from my practice for a long time.

I have been to 3 core power (C2) classes so far with 3 different teachers and 3 different feels, but all have been extremely positive experiences. There is a positive energy about core power that allows you to completely detach from your daily life and come to a meditative, challenging, and empowering place for 60 minutes. This one hour has proven to change the course for the rest of my day for the better, or set the tone for my day depending on the time I come in. I love it and will definitely be buying a membership when I am back in the fall for school. I am so glad that my friend told me about core power, and I see the value in personal recommendations-I will be urging all of my friends to join as well!

I like the variety of classes offered. The studio was very clean, which is extremely important to me. I also loved the yoga clothes and accessories available for sale. I think it is really generous that you offered me a free 2 week pass instead of just 1 class. I'm excited to try other classes!
