The variety of instructors and teaching styles. Some days I like it super hot and fast paced and some days I like it not as hot and slower paced with more focus.

Always know that whatever city I am in, I can pop into a core power and do the work. The people at the front desk were very nice. Made me feel at home. Continue to try and build a yoga community.

I'm so glad CPY Westbend is back open. The class sizes are well managed so that I feel comfortable practicing and the teachers are, as always, amazing.

It was my first yoga class and I loved it!

I love CorePower its so amazing. The teachers are very good and inspiring. I would LOVE for there to be a yoga sculpt around 8 or 9 during the weeks. The times just are off for me and a lot of girls

The instructor was amazing and so helpful! I had never ever taken a yoga class and was so worried, but she made it so easy to follow along and do the class! I loved the music SOO much! The room was perfect, and I was so thankful for equipment I could borrow because I didn’t own anything and was worried about having to pay a ton extra! I was thankful my stuff was secure and safe! And literally had the best time! I have raved about my experience ever since!

It set me straight and helped me release my week and find strength and peace in myself!

I literally hit the star pose so often this weekend just to spread out and breathe and release stress again and again!!!

I love the classes and teachers. This is a great studio. My only recommendation is something that is beyond control of staff and that is I wish the women's locker room was bigger. I would love to work out more before work but just not enough space if more than 1-2 women need mirror, sinks, etc. Not a deal breaker for me as I love the studio overall - just a comment. My only comparison is the studio at Mockingbird station and their locker room is just able to accommodate more women.

C1 is my favorite class! I only wish I could do C1 during the week but it’s not offered. I physically can’t do the other classes in the heat

I go almost every day and love the instructors and atmosphere. I feel that it is a little pricey though and I suggest that with their monthly challenges you should get a discount off of your next month is you complete it, giving incentive to be at the studio and work out
