I only use the pool facilities and am very happy with the cleanliness and staff services. However, a major concern and deterrent is the fact the changing rooms are so busy before after the aqua aerobics classes. This is obviously a particular issue during COVID and has put me off doing the classes. They used to be my favourite thing, so this makes it doubly disappointing. Regards Siobhán Last name removed

Very clean and big and great facility
Really like the Virtual classes, hope they are staying for good! RPM have great layout and upstairs virtual studio is great to use, does not make me feel anxious about being in crowded room. Good to be back to Westpark :)
Spacious facility, never too crowdy with outstanding hygiene standard which has workouts for everyones taste. Sauna and pool are my main post work out relieve. Like to spend time here even when I forget my earphones as music is not that bed at all from Westpark fitness radio!

Feel very safe at westpark. Staff are excellent,and great classes
Westpark genuinely try to connect with, and get to know, its members. They don't treat us as 'just another member', but instead are interested in the needs and goals of each individual. This is something we members can choose to engage with, or if they prefer, just to quietly workout by ourselves, without interruption.
They are continually reviewing the latest equipment, and latest fitness techniques, and this is reflected by they're continuously refreshing their offerings. Staff are courteous, and are clearly very knowledgeable in their field. They have tackled the extra challenges presented by covid incredibly professionally and, with restrictions continuing to ease and the gym getting busier, keep it a safe and comfortable place to exercise.
Hygiene standards are top-class, with an overwhelming majority of members buying into the new cleaning rules.
Westpark fully understand the role they can play in peoples' wellbeing, both mental and physical, and they endeavour to play that role as effectively as possible. This is evident throughout the gym and its staff, and clearly starts with management.
There are a few things that set Westpark apart from other fitness providers that I have experience with.
The facility itself is always clean, well equipped and staffed.
The changing areas are well appointed and the lockers, showers, stream room and sauna are always spotless.
The reception and membership teams are friendly and helpful to a fault.
The staff on the floor are quick to assist and there's always someone available to advise and encourage.
There is a fabulous coffee shop for catching up with people.
All of these things are important, and will ensure the gym is a success, but the one thing that can't be quantified is the value of the culture in Westpark.
It's a community gym, and this is fostered and valued by each and every team member that I encounter when I train.

Great gym, very clean.
Does get very busy at times which still makes me nervous - hence the point dock!!
Could also try make a more women-friendly weights area as the squat racks are always full of groups if men.
