Westpark is my Happy Place 😁 As a busy mother of four, it's not often I get free time so when the kids are in school I take two hours most days and go to Westpark Fitness with my Dad to do a workout and go for a swim.
Westpark feels like a home away from home my little sanctuary. The staff are spectacular and so friendly and welcoming, the gym is absolutely spotless and kept immaculate by the amazing staff all through the day. There are a variety of different classes available and the gum itself is brilliant. After doing a workout in the gym I love going for a swim, jacuzzi & steamroom.
Everyone from all the Staff to gym members are so pleasant and welcoming.
Since the begining of the Pandemic I managed to lose 5 and a half stone through intermittent fasting so coming back to Westpark after lockdown has really helped me keep the weight off. I've even started to tone up a little and get my fitness levels up which helps me to be a more active & happy mammy for my four kids.
I would rate Westpark 110/10 they go above and beyond for all the members and I have to say it has always been an absolute pleasure to walk into Westpark in the morning to do a workout because I always feel amazing and set up for the day leaving too.

The staff are lovely, the equipment is great but wish there were more spin classes with an instructor
Wet facilities, very nice staff and crowd that use the gym with ample parking. I would like to see more tvs on the walls, louder music, showing sporting evening on tvs and ask that the steam rooms and sauna hot water not be turned off before closing.

Amazing gym with such welcoming friendly staff, have never been in a gym with the staff as nice and helpful as they are between sales, customer service and floor staff they all do there part in showing what an amazing business is being run, the pool is at a nice temperature and don’t start me on the steam room honestly never been in a better one! Definitely worth the money you pay for! Would highly recommend anyone to come to the facility

Used to be a Ben Dunne's Carlisle user. This is much, much better.
Only suggestions:
1. Warmer & more powerful showers [males]
2. Check the roof structure in the pool area, look up at main reception desk side, a bit of steel paint pealing off & understand that the air in a pool area is very corrosive.

The classes are great, Equipment available is good variety, the area is always very clean.
