While the facilities are 1st class. Westpark for me is all about the people who work and train there. There is a great atmosphere and I love to workout and take part in the classes there

A friendly face greets you always in Westpark, the amenities are amazing Westpark are always updating their equipment and wide variety of classes- stainless steel pool .

Pool is great with the jacuzzi and sauna and there’s always room in the gym.
Good gym, would like to have classes more accessible with regards by to the amount and times as I like gers classes but they always fill up

Love everything about Westpark. It has been a long time since I had the feeling of belonging to a gym, which is what actually makes you to be consistent and achieve your goals. Just to name a few: staff, gym facilities, diversity and quality of classes…you name it. It has been already a year and counting, I am not going anywhere else!
Hi, love the gym. There is a great atmosphere and the instructors are mainly brilliant. I just go to Body Bump and Strong classes.
I loved the charity row recently and in general how there are always new and interesting things going on, i.e. the Weightfifting classes.
I think shortening the cancellation period to 2 hours has been great, as I sometimes get delayed in work and have to cancel at fairly short notice. So thank you for that.
In terms of feedback, I'd love if there were more Strong classes generally across the class schedule. Especially on Friday evening, it'd be great if there was a Strong class.
Air-con -- sometimes the main studio where body pump is on is just roasting all summer.
The air conditioning and fans should be on before the class for at least 30 mins and the blinds pulled down. I think more fans are needed at the back of the room. Sometimes we are dripping in sweat before we ever work out and it's uncomfortable.

Staff are very polite and friendly. Always a good atmosphere whether it’s busy or quiet. Also cleaning staff are extremely friendly and always on the go ensuring the place is spick and span

Changing rooms and shower area are always cleaned regularly. Staff are very obliging and they are always friendly on the reception desk.

Very well equipped gym always updating to the most modern equipment and classes. Staff are always helpful and motiving and there’s always a friendly welcome at reception. The standard of hygiene and cleanliness is always excellent would highly recommend Westpark gym to anybody starting out on their fitness journey. Forgot to mention the excellent swimming pool.
