I like the variety of the different gym equipment and the pool. Everything is kept really clean and in working order 90% of the time. The staff are very approachable and will take the time to answer any queries. The personal trainer services are really good too.
I like the atmosphere of Westpark GYM and although I am not a keen swimmer, the fact that there is no 'stink' of chlorine in the club is a big plus for me as I am allergic to Chlorine. I have always recommended Westpark but Mr. Dunne is still offering ridiculous membership pricing. (My son (28) goes to Carlisle and there are 2 things keep him there. 1 The annual price. 2. He says they have far more 'weights' than Westpark? On the negative side, he says at peak time they have too many members and it takes too long to complete a workout.).
By the way, I use an iPad to watch programs while doing my workout but your WiFi is 'crap' for emails. I have to use my 4g on my phone to keep an eye on my business or I'd never get to the GYM. (all on earphones and silent).
Level of hygiene is excellent. Choice of gym equipment is brilliant and you never have to wait for a machine. Friendly staff

Westpark is a great gym to use and has very friendly staff
The addition of the performance lifting area has been a huge success. The entire top floor is much better since the changes were made. The only thing that would actually prevent me recommending the club is a desire to keep it less populated.
