Machinery is modern, plenty of weights and enough machines during peak times. Service is excellent, personal trainer always listens to what your goals are and help to achieve them.
Clean and tidy. Lots of room. The machines aren't to close together. I like the girls only area.

Best thing about the gym is absolutely the lady's area for free weights. I really enjoy doing my exercises in this room.

I love the variety of classes, and the trainers are really good at making sure you work hard and are doing the workouts properly. All the staff are really engaging and approachable. All areas of the gym are kept impeccably clean and tidy (well done cleaning staff). The gym is well staffed and any issues with equipment are resolved quickly.
Love the service and staff are so nice they go one step further for the members but bring back Thursday night zumba or put on another class another time
