I've been using Rapid Refill for years mostly for ink aqnd only once did I have a problem when one of the cartridges had a problem with the colors. The cartridge was exchanged with no problems or hassles. I was out of there and back in business in no time.

First off, the service was quick. That's always a plus. The ink prints just as well, if not better, than the epson ink I was using. Also, the price jus can't be beat. I doubt I will ever purchase highly over-priced manufacturer ink again.
