The people at the location are always so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond with their assistance. For example, our printer kept jamming and I couldn't find the problem and didn't want to completely wreck it. A friend suggested I take it to Rapid Refill, which I did. The gentleman who worked on it found a child's barrette stuck in it and got it working properly again and saved the barrette and didn't charge me for fixing it. Any where else would have charged me $50.00 just to look at it. Finances are tight so I was VERY grateful for his work.
The ink I purchased was available immediately and has worked perfectly in my printer. The service I received was courteous. I will return.

I was very impressed with the service & the quality of the product. it is still going strong & working great.
Rapid Refill ink cartridges perform as well as new manufacture at half the price. I only have one objection, that you were out of the Extra Large versions of my cartridges. The salesperson however did compensate by selling me two standard cartridges for the price of one XL.
