Customer service. Even when the requested product is not in stock, you guys go out of your way to get the product and contact the customer when the product has arrived. On more than one occasion, I have had my request taken care of in about two days.

Well first of all I like the savings as compared to my previous ink cartridge. I had a problem with my printer with the refill cartridge, but I had called the store and explained the situation and the advice I was given solved the problem. So in the future I will definetly will be using Rapid Refill for my printing needs.
