I would put my "likes" abour Rapid into the "products" and "people" categories (having not used the services beyond that. But, put most succinctly, both of my inter-relation areas have been supurb. Could have been better in terms of total satisfaction. (And, one doesn't have to exert any special effort to achieve a feeling of complete satisfaction; it is automatically forthcoming from the stafgf with whom I have related.
