Due to having to work and school from home, my family was in desperate need of a printer upgrade. I gave PSP a call and Joe was able to get me a great deal on a refurbished printer that fit into my budget and met my needs perfectly. In addition to the initial service, the pick up was easy and customer friendly. I was also assured that if any issues arise with the machine, to give them a call. At this point, it is has worked flawless, but i am confident they will back up their claims if needed.
In the future my first call for a printer will be to PSP.

I only purchase replacement cartridges' for my HP printer. The service is great. The cartridges last longer than "store bought." They are less expensive, and Printer Source is willing and able to help with most printer printing problems.

I really like the service of the staff there. They are always so knowledgeable and helpful. I am excited that they usually have my supplies of ink in stock. There has only been one time that I could only get 1 cartridge instead of two, but I was pleased to even get one during the heart of the pandemic. Thank you for your caring staff and ease of buying my products/supplies!

I literally walked in, was greeted a second later by a very kind lady who asked me what I came in for today. I told her what I wanted, she went and got it out of the back in a flash and i was rang out and gone. Perfect, just perfect no chit chat, no trying to sell me extra crap I don't want, no trying to get me to join a club of some kind, just a friendly execution of the unspoken sales social contract and i get to leave. It's been a long time since i've walked into a business and its been like that. I will definitely be back
