The instructors were so encouraging, engaged and really motivating! I loved the music especially, not your typical yoga music :-) In addition, I liked how at the beginning of class there was a "mantra" for the class and it was talked about throughout the class.

I've been to many different core power studios around the midwest and Laura's C2 class is consistently the best. Great way to end every monday.
