Instructors are always high energy, they lead challenging classes, provide motivation while encouraging patience with one’s own body. Studio manager is a fantastic instructor and a very welcoming presence in the studio.

Love the classes and instructors but the yoga sculpt classes are way too crowded ever since the studio increased the capacity in the back room. Please consider changing it back to the smaller capacity sizing.

I enjoy the heat that can't be replicated in my apartment and the instructors who can give feedback unlike a Youtube video. And the overall experience of improving both my fitness and mental health. The classes have been excellent for my goals in both regards.

Yoga sculpt is my favorite - It is an efficient yet effective workout! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and it’s an overall great environment to workout in.

I like the studio - but the studio could use to mix it up with the instructors that are teaching on certain days and could use some more challenging instructors in the mix. Also - the mat rental at $4 / mat is unreasonable. Every other studio charges $2 .... this is gouging the customer instead of providing a service for those of us who live in the city and have to walk with a big load. Studio in general though is clean, friendly, and has some very good instructors and classes.

Fix the locker rooms…some of those lockers are not great. Also pay instructors more. And check how your studio’s pricing compares to the YogaSix and the Alo Yoga that are opened/opening nearby.

I've enjoyed my membership so far. While I sometimes think it's expensive and I could just do this at home, a main reason I find it worthwhile is because I can't replicate having the physical space of somewhere to go to reset my mind and body. I also can't replicate the heat and the overall experience. I find that valuable to have a place to go, to leave my phone in the locker and spend an hour just for myself. I have found the variety of classes useful to tailor my schedule to whatever I need while I train for distance running. The classes have helped me feel more limber. The low impact nature of yoga has also helped me exercise while preserving my body from the pounding impact of running. While different than traditional yoga, I have also found CorePower Yoga helpful from a mindfulness perspective.

I love the workouts, the facility is clean, and the instructors are all wonderful.

The only thing that I would like to see enforced is a respectful quietness in the yoga rooms. Some people have very loud conversations right before class starts , it’s very disruptive. It would elevate the experience if the yoga rooms were peaceful and quiet.
