I love everything. The people I interact with, the flows and the themes the teachers provide for us, the thoughts they provoke. Gives me a space for meditation and introspection and an ability to work through issues without consciously thinking on them

I love the vibe, I love how everyone working in the studio takes the time to learn your name and talk to you and form a relationship. I love the yoga classes offered and I love that you offer the uniformity of classes like C1 and HPF but the variety of the C2 classes.
