I wasn't really a big fan of going to yoga studios until I decided to try core power yoga. Boy, am I so glad I decided to try this one out! It's a full body work out which I am completely in love with and the teachers know exactly what they are doing. I've only taken Kyle, Keisha and Mat's class and each one of them have their own style and uniqueness to offer. You will not be disappointed!
Colleen was a great teacher! I enjoyed her flow and got a solid workout in.

Teachers are amazing and they have a robust schedule so you can always fit in a class. The studio is also extremely friendly and well run!

The studio is clean, spacious and well-mantained. The structures give easy-to-follow directions and hands-on adjustments (which I like so I can learn the correct poses). Both the core yoga and yoga sculpt classes are fun and kept at the right temperature.

The buildings and rooms are always very clean and organized, even with a packed class. The retails options are super cute and there is always a large variety available! The energy and motivation from the instructors is unmatched!! Others may try to be CPY but there is no competition.

The classes and studio are great - the room gets nice and hot and the instructors guide quick paced, creative classes. It is too expensive to attend regularly though. I live and work in old city so by the time I buy a class plus the transportation to get there, it is unaffordable to do regularly which is so disappointing. If it were within walking distance I would go at least once a week. Any old city studio being considered???

CP Walnut St. has a great environment and staff. My only frustration is the gap in morning classes from 6 to 7:30. For anyone who doesn’t want to do Sculpt at 6AM but also needs to get to work at a reasonable time, 7:30 is simply too late for C2. With two studios available there should be a 6:15 available for the second studio with 7:30 still being an option.
