The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. The classes were new to us. We have felt like family from the beginning. We have never felt like we dont fit in. We are in our 60's and have felt so many wonderful benefits in the few months we have participated. We purchased the men's yoga shorts and they wash and wear well.

Very clean facility. Classes are good. I would suggest longer time in Shavasana...maybe 10 minutes to really enjoy the full effect of the rest time. That part of the practice seems to be rushed. Also the music - louder during practice and quiet during shavasana. Just a thought. Thanks.

The calm and healing energy in the studio. Kind, knowledgeable, instructor who made the class comfortable and a place of growth.
