I love the team at Brea and I am happy to consider this my "home" studio. I've had nothing but great experiences with all of the teachers and management team at this studio. The teachers seem passionate to work there and it translates to their classes. Kudos to the leadership team here for promoting such a positive space. I look forward to coming here every week.

I just moved back to California from North Carolina and wanting to start doing Yoga again. My son gave me this 5 sessions of Yoga for Mothers Day and was so glad he chose this place as Sharina was a great instructor the one hour class was worth sweating. The place is clean, they have wipes and hand sanitizers I would recommend for everyone to come back at this place as I know we are being cautious because of Covid but this place is clean.

Teacher was great and locker room was nice. Class wasn’t as hot as I’m used to in Santa Barbara.

I'm new to hot yoga, and the experience was more enjoyable than I expected. The instructor was awesome and encouraging. The studio amenities are clean and the staff is welcoming! I need to incorporate this into a weekly habit.

Great classes

Class with Eunice was great. Studio is beautiful.

Signing up, booking classes, and looking at the schedule for weeks ahead were all so easy to do on my own. It was nice that someone called me the day before my first class to answer any questions and remind me of what to bring. During my first class, it was so therapeutic and exactly what I was looking for. I am trying all of the beginner style classes, and so far I love the Hot Power Fusion and Core Power 2. I haven’t sweat this much in years!

Yoga has been a life changing experience for me! The Brea Team are my family and they make me feel positive and motivated to come to the studio. What a wonderful group of people!

Sharina’s class was really good. There was a great mix of challenging and creative transitions. Her cues were done well. Even though it was challenging, Sharina made you feel like she had full confidence in your ability to do it. She connected well with the class and encouraged the class to have the courage to push past the mental boundaries we set for ourselves. She also asked us to have the courage to know when you needed to pull back.

Almost every chance i get i am trying to mention that i am a part of Yoga.

The studios are clean, I feel the temperature is not as warm as it used to be or I’ve gotten used to it? The instructors are great, good energy and friendly but would like to see them do the moves (for beginners like me)

10/10 would recommend to friends (I have been!)

Rebecca was a phenomenal teacher. Her C2 was fun, challenging, yet strangely relaxing all at the same time. I would definitely come back to take her classes.

I went to Paula’s class for the first time on Monday evening and will definitely be back. She was so encouraging and made me smile multiple times during the class and I just thoroughly enjoyed it! This is a great studio and everyone is always so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

The facility is open, masks are optional (thank goodness), and classes are not overcrowded. The facility was clean. The teacher was pleasant and effective. Easy checkin.
