The teachers are excellent. And I really like the fact that it's not very crowded. I do wish everyone would wear masks at least for a few more months.

I enjoy my practice at the KC location, and the flexibility I have to attend other studios while traveling.

I like the different and wide range of classes and the expertise and welcoming attitude of the instructors. Those instructors are also well trained and I feel like i get a very good and complete workout when I attend class there. I feel rejuvenated and full of energy after each class- especially the Sculpt class.

I love the classes and instructors. I always tell people about the structure of offering corepower 1 so new clients can get a solid intro and foundation to the movements. This is how I got started - i was able to start without the intimidation of a more advanced class.

Everyone was welcoming and inviting they were super patient and helpful with me as a beginner. After every class I found myself with a huge smile I couldn’t get rid of

Kind, friendly staff. Clean. Heated yoga feels so good and is really good for pain. Gaving the showers available for afterwards is perfection. I love that there are a variety of classes all throughout the day. I love the predictability and almost formulaic model of the the type of classes, yet personal depending on the teacher.

We were traveling from Chicago. I am a black tag member and was thrilled to see that there was a CPY near our hotel. Took a hot power class and it was fantastic. Thank you so much for the good vibes and welcoming us to your studio.
