I feel more welcome here than anywhere my days take me! The staff challenges me to show up where I am, let myself be physically and mentally [and emotionally] challenged by a practice that builds strength, confidence, resilience, and rest in my life.
The membership options are accommodating, and the retail is awesome.
My favorite way to practice is surrounded by a full room of others' energy, and that's the only feature I find lacking. And I can't figure out why the classes aren't packed!! ?!?!
My favorite is the divers culture that CPY promotes and the teacher’s energy. All of them are so kind and friendly.

The teachers, the community and the general vibe.
Everyone who works there is the absolute nicest person! They make the space so warm, welcoming and fun. The studio itself doesn’t feel intimidating. It’s also extremely well-maintained, and I personally enjoy the amenities offered to members. The little details like a social calendar, essential oils in the bathroom, or free electrolyte drink tabs make the experience feel generous and fun! The only thing that had me looking at memberships at other studios was the lack of buddy passes offered by CorePower. However, with the recent addition of those, I’m elated, and plan on staying at CorePower for the long run.
Allie was so friendly, welcoming, felt perfectly guided. This was my 1st time visiting and she showed me to the locker room and my cubby had my name written down with a goodie bag, towel and yoga mat. This was a relaxing experience. Will be back. Thank you!
