Everything was outstanding from the time I first called your business to the end when the service technician left our residence! When, I first called I had received some gift cards that the receptionist was unaware of, but she quickly called the owner, and immediately returned my phone call. She was able to set up an appointment for carpet cleaning right away and to a customer, quick timing is everything! The day of the cleaning, the service technician arrived with a smile,was very knowledgable of his work not only through spoken explanations but work ethic as well. One would think he was cleaning his own carpet. He was very mannerly and in fact I had already paid him that day and received my receipt, but smiled when I was in another room and heard him tell my son good-bye and thank you. Customer service. The tech who cleaned our carpet was so nice and friendly. He had to deal with 2 little girls following him around and asking all kinds of questions. He was really great to them. He did a great job of explaining the process also.
