The guy that cleaned our carpets was fast, efficient, and did a great job. Our carpets looked so good after he was done. It didn't take very long for them to dry. It didn't smell funny afterwards. I like that your prices are lower than other places, such as Stanley Steemer, and I liked that I had a coupon for 2 free rooms.

Every time I have called I get friendly and prompt service. They do a wonderful job with my carpets and are able to clean them while I am at work which is so convenient for me. I have always been pleased with their work and customer service!

Ben was very attentive to detail and did a very good job. The carpet is taking longer to dry then I expected, however. This may have been due to the weather or the amount of stains.

Everything!!! Everytime I call the office the lady that answer is so nice and helpful. The guys that come to clean the carpet are always very nice and they do a great job. I have 2 kids and we have a lot of spills on our carpet and they get them all clean. I would recommend ServiceMaster of Sparkle City to anyone. Thanks for all that you guys have done!!! You are great!!!
