I like the ability to check in online and get status. I like the quality of the stylists - they are uniformly friendly and helpful. I like that you keep a record of what I have done in the past so that I don't have to remember. I like the MVP - it is the one "luxury" that I indulge in.
Walked in without an appointment. The haircutter Jen (I think) took me right in. No wait! I was in and out quickly with a great haircut that I liked! And then I lost my coupon, and she gave me one anyway! This IS the way to treat customers! Thank you, I'll be back and recommending others!
The store is always clean, the employees are always always so kind. They know exactly how to cut my sons hair and if they want to do something a little different they always ask me first. It just is such a great place to be able to take my son for a haircut
