I take the 1.0 class and find it to be something I am capable of doing. Afterwards I feel that I have had a good workout; but, i am not totally wiped out. I would actually like something a bit more challenging. usually my instructor is dorothy, who I like very much. she is helpful and not intimidating. I have tried the 2.0 class a couple of times and find it a bit too challenging for me.I would welcome the chance to take the 1.5 class as a transition to the 2.0 class; but, it does not seem to be offered.

I love this studio! The facilities are always clean, the bathrooms are well stocked, and all of the instructors have been friendly and teach great classes.

I really liked the two teachers I've met so far at the Core 1 class. And we were able to cover a lot of posses in an hour. The three studios are really nice, clean and spacious. The bathrooms and the lockers are cleaned and neat

The studio is SO clean & well organized, very impressive. The staff is also very friendly, helpful & non-pushy w/ getting me to sign up for an additional package of classes/membership.
Like all your instructors, classes are great, the space is great and parking is easy all good. Would love to see more joga clothes for older folks longer less tight tops and baggy bottoms but this may not really be your market. I come at least once a week and some time more when I can fit in my schedule

I like the cleanliness of the studio. The staff is nice and courteous. The instructor and I talked after class; she answered all of my questions and provided information that was helpful.

I don't like the air sprays used in the rooms. Aromatherapy will be awesome.
Bathrooms can be a problem. Toilets are often broken. Floors are wet too. Needs better cleaning.
Sometimes classrooms are not clean after a class and I found sweat on the floor.
