The classes are wonderful, challenging and offer a variety to change up your practice. The teachers are positive and encouraging. They provide great assists, comments and feedback. CPY creates a safe and fun place to grow my practice.
I LOVE Core Power! Before CPY I wasn't a fan of yoga or even interested in giving it a far shot, however I love the studio vibes, the upbeat music, the heated rooms, and I've never had a bad experience. :)
I love everything! The instructors, music, class space! I especially love the locker rooms, and that everything I need is there (including hair ties, so thoughtful!!) I've not yet purchased from the retail area but I plan to next visit!

I loved the Sculpt class. I am new to yoga but have done a lot of group workout classes in the past so I enjoyed the mix.
