I am very happy with the service. The person who delivers and adds the salt to our softener unit is pleasant and professional.
I’ve had a softened system with a brine tank. I had a reverse osmosis system formerly but didn’t need that for our new home. Culligan was prompt to come analyze my water and suggest the most appropriate system. Got approved and scheduled within a matter of hours. Only bummer is I wish it had been installed sooner. Or I wish I had known that we would’ve needed it, but this isn’t the fault of culligan. Thank you!!
