I like the convenience of it being delivered. The only thing I don’t like is I requested salt to be delivered many times and they never deliver it and I have to go and pick it up.

I've had a Culligan system for 10 years now. Can't say enough good things about how the water tastes and feels. Technicians are well trained, helpful and clean up afterwards well.
That said, I was a bit disappointed that it took almost a month and a half to get service this time. There was only one other time I was not pleased and that was when a tech told me the salt they sold was "special and better" than what one can buy elsewhere. I don't believe this to be true.
Delivery personal is really friendly.

The convenience of the service. The delivery representative take the bags to the basement and stack them for us which is a big deal since we are elderly.

The change from hard water to soft water was light and day. Culligan was very professional throughout the whole process and their product has definitely changed my home for the better. I rate them 9/10 because they are more on the pricy side of the spectrum, but you do get what you pay for.

Living in such a rural area that is sooooo wet and swampy we trust that Culligan keeps our water safe and clean. The reverse osmosis unit means we don't have to buy bottled water for the fridge dispenser, the kitchen sink and for all the kitchen gadgets like the keurig and kettle. The rest of the house is protected against the dirty hard water that stains the toilet, shower and sinks....plus the laundry doesn't get rusty yuck either.
It's an investment to be sure but it's worth it for the peace of mind from having clean water.
Easy and convenient
I've only been a customer of Culligan's for a short while. In that time I've never had problems with Customer Service, Delivery or taste of water. A BIG 10 to Culligan!
