Your products work extremely well and your services either for maintenance or supplies are exceptional. I have used your salt delivery service going on five years. I have never run out of salt and the annual schedule is correct. I receive phone call reminders and if necessary I can reschedule a new date no more than one week later. Everyone is extremely customer focused, super friendly and most importantly knowledgeable of the products you sell. It is a pleasure to do business with an organization of this caliber.

Culligan products are very reliable and the service is dependable. Come to think of it, I rarely need service other than salt delivery. I appreciate being notified when the salt will be delivered so I can be home.

The water softening and reverse osmosis kits work really well but are expensive to maintain
