Culligan products are excellent. The water in Las Vegas is considered extremely "hard" because of the dissolved minerals in the water. The Culligan water softener system works great to eliminate this problem. The filters in their drinking system provide cleaner water than any bottled water. I was previously upset with service issues and I expressed those opinions in a previous survey. Kevin, the Culligan Operations Manager, called me just a few days after I submitted the survey. We had a long, very productive conversation. Kevin patiently listened to me, explained where he believed things went wrong and explained what he would do to insure that my particular issues would not be a problem going forward. Due to their immediate, professional response, I now have complete confidence that the issues I had with their service will no longer be an issue.

James Johnson is awesome. Not only did he service my water system he showed me how to keep the timer from blinking when we get a power outage. He even said to call him and he would walk me through resetting the time or he would come by and do it for me. I will call him tomorrow since the timer is blinking because the electric went out three days ago. Please tell him how wonderful he is. Thank you. Name removed
