I have water bottles delivered twice each month and salt is as needed. We find our delivery man, Luis, to be a very kind, considerate, reliable young man. My husband is delighted that he himself does not have to haul bags of salt to the basement for the Culligan water softener. We are very happy that we replaced our old softener with this Culligan appliance as it is easy to regulate and does a good job of keeping our water from leaving lime deposits. The drinking water dispenser in our kitchen dispenses hot water for brewing tea and making oatmeal as well as cooled water for regular drinking water. The water tastes so refreshing that we each take a container of it to work to avoid having to drink the city water. It is also nice that when we receive that rare boil order, we still have clean water for drinking and cooking! We definitely appreciate the Culligan Water Service!
