The equipment is reliable and durable. Have a Culligan water softener in my home and have only had to service it a couple of times over the years. When the technicians come out they are courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. In addition, any issues are addressed immediately and resolved timely. I highly recommend this company.
The installer, Josh T, was quick and fast with the installation. He had the old machine out and the new machine installed in about an hour. It has only been 3 days but everything is working great!

This is a long overdue and well-earned review for Culligan Water of Northern Virginia and their five-star all-star Mike Lausten. We are a two-time Culligan Water of Northern Virginia customer, having bought two whole home water systems. We bought a new one in our last home and when we moved we sold that with the home and bought the newest and best Culligan system for our new home. The water quality is unquestionable. Years ago we had a well-known water filtration system - big blue tanks and filters - and still we had horrible water. We had a Brita water pitcher for drinking and thought that was good...until we bought a Zero Water pitcher, but the filters kept going bad quickly and the water in our home was terribly hard. We finally took the time to have Culligan come to our home and we've never regretted it. The change in the quality of the water was immediate and unmistakable. We have the whole home softening system plus the under-sink tankless RO water system. This delivers water that is comparable to Zero Water...in limitless quantities without the expensive filters. But more to my point, the equipment and end-product water quality is fantastic, but the main selling point for us is, and remains, Mike Lausten. The guy is amazing and he knows his water, period. He has always been upfront, reliable and a man of his word. He makes it all work. He is relentless in his pursuit of customer satisfaction. Their products are fantastic; the quality and technology is there and most importantly the value is there. You are definitely getting value for your money and a tremendous ally for all your water needs with Mike. He never fails to return a call or email and he always delivers as promised. We cannot say enough good things about Mike or Culligan Water of Northern Virginia. Every home should have a Culligan system.
