Great water snd great service
The filter on our system has not been changed for over a year. The rep who came to refill the salt said the obvious non-truth that the filter was to stop chlorine from being noticed in the water. Please try to fix these disparities.
Friendly office and service personnel. They have been servicing my equipment for over 10 years and maintain the same level of service with one tiny blip ..... in the past I would be notified regarding my monthly service date but that monthly service seems to have stopped since the company changed hands. If I call in with a problem they are quick to respond and that is appreciated. But I think they need to bring back the monthly service/check on-site calls (which I'm willing to pay for) to avoid the equipment or water quality problem calls I have made recently because I no longer have the monthly "check" appointment.

The Culligan serviceman, Radames, came to my home last Friday to check the water in my new RO filtration system! He found that it scored 12 using the TDS-3 Tester. That score was better than the 22 for Smart Bottled Water. My tap water scored a dismal 153 and was full of contaminants like copper, nitrates calcium, carbonate, and chlorine. Culligan and his serviceman, Radames stepped up to encourage me that I had bought the best water cleaning system available!

The water tastes good. It is always delivered when stated. My driver is really wonderful.
The products are made to last and work with little maintenance for many years. The water we have is consistently soft, and the RO system only needs regular quarterly maintenance. The service people they hire are high quality, experienced and well-trained. They are passionate about the work and the quality of their product. We've only had two significant issues in over ten years, they arrived within a couple of hours to fix it each time.
